WashaHost – Backup Services Schedule

This Backup Services Schedule forms part of the General Terms of WashaHost.com and applies to the Backup Services defined herein, as outlined in a customer’s Order.

Unless stated otherwise, definitions from the General Terms apply. Terms defined in this Schedule apply specifically to Backup Services only.

1. Interpretation

“Backup Services”
The services we provide to customers to back up their Material, if requested, when using our Dedicated Server Services or VPS Services, in accordance with this Agreement.

“Backup Services Fees”
The fees payable for the provision of the Backup Services.

2. Backup Services

2.1 Provision of Backup Services

If you subscribe to Backup Services as part of your Dedicated or VPS hosting, we will perform regular backups of your Material hosted on our servers.

2.2 Scope and Limitations

  • We back up Material as it exists on our servers at the time of backup.
  • The backup content reflects the state of the data as uploaded or found on the server.
  • You are responsible for verifying the integrity and accuracy of the backup data.
  • You should periodically request a test restoration to an independent location to ensure backup validity.
  • WashaHost does not guarantee that backups will be complete, uncorrupted, or accurate.
  • You are advised to maintain independent third-party backups if the service does not meet your needs.
  • WashaHost is not responsible for any loss of data under any circumstances, including but not limited to backup failures, corruption, or restoration issues.

2.3 Restoration Timeframe

  • Upon request, we will restore your Material to a location you specify.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the target location does not contain critical data, as it may be overwritten.
  • WashaHost will endeavor to complete restoration within two (2) Business Days, but this timeframe is not guaranteed.

3. Backup Services Fees

3.1 Fees

The Backup Services Fees are those displayed on the Website at the time of your Order, subject the General Terms.

3.2 Payment

All payments must be made in accordance with the General Terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Term

This Schedule becomes effective from the date of your Order Acceptance and will remain in effect until terminated in accordance with the General Terms.
